check out this poem i wrote while i was sad (i was sad today)

i saw you for the first time in awhile that night
you found me drinking myself away as usual
im just alittle weak-willed, what can i say?
you gave me that smile and said you missed me
but it was low, almost whispered in a way
and i liked it
you were with your boyfriend, yeah
he happens to be my cousin too
i don’t know if youre still torn like you used to be
in a sick kinda way i hoped you were
because i think i still am

Infinite Looper

"What I am going to tell you may confuse you, but I am a Looper. No, not like the movie, I don't travel time to kill people. I, for all extent and purposes, repeat my life after I die. I do not know why, but when I die I instantly wake up on December 5th, 1995. I'm eight years old again, in my room with an SNES, walls covered in baseball posters, and my parents are still alive.

I've thought about writing a Nostradamus-like prediction book, but I've noticed that small variations do happen. For example, that terrible show "Glee" was called "Gleeks" and The Avengers didn't come out until 2013. The thing is though, most of the big events still happen at the same time. 9/11 happens accordingly, War on Terror goes the same, Saddam is killed, stuff like that.

Now, I can kinda see how you may think this is a blessing, being able to do things with no permanent consequences, but it's really not. I've had famalies before, but they all fucking disappear the second I die and then I wake up on December 5th. This is my 4th "life" and I'm going insane. I don't dare drastically change things or do random stupid shit because what if this time I die and don't come back? What if this time all of my actions have a REAL consequence? If there is a hell, I'm living it"

The Beginning

The explorer bent down towards the river.

"The rivers current is slower than usual" he said as he stuck his hand into the sandy bottomed river.

A large man clad in dark drab hung over him and spoke plainly "The river is dying, as is this world"

The man by the river swung his head around and looked at the large figure over him and said "How do you know the world is dying?"

The large man's voice ominiously boomed "I have lived for hundreds of years, I am eternally tied to this world"

The explorer stood up, and saw how he was dwarfed by the dark figure. He looked up to him and spoke softly, "Then why is the world dying?"

The man grabbed the small explorer and threw him into the river, bent over, and dipped his fingers into the murky water. He spoke plainly as the explorer swam up to catch his breath from the river, "I grow cynical with my eternal life, it is a curse to me. Thus, I am killing this world."

After his final words were spoken, the river turned black and various fish began floating to the surface.

The large man's voice boomed as he raised up from the river, "This is only the beginning"

The Stars, They're So Vast

I apologize in advance, it has been quite some time since I've posted anything (besides saying that I was gonna post soon, which I also missed that deadline too) BUT this is some old-skool shit that I wrote, so it's actually kinda long. PREPARE FOR AN EXPANDED UNIVERSE AND SHIT.

"March 15th, 2775, about 3PM, just outside of Kalithu's atmosphere on the S.S. Hirama" Jacob Yurnn said to his wrist intercom.

"You still update your logs?" asked his friend Nate Mahi

"Well Altocom still pays my salary right?" shot Jacob.

"Yeah, shit pay anyways. Plus, you do know they just have a giant warehouse of the logs of people? I heard they never even check that stuff" said Nate

"Probably, but if they ever need to check it, I'll be golden"

"Hah, I guess you're right" said Nate as he was walking the other way, "Oh hey! What time is your delivery?"

"8:45" said Jake

"Perfect! After I drop off all of my shit, wanna go to the bar for a few drinks? I'm looking to get smashed in Kali"

"Yeah, sure" said Jacob as he chuckled, "Looks like I'll have to grab a ship for auto-pilot for the ride home"

Jacob continued his inventory check while still advancing toward the docking bay. After making sure everything was satisfactory, Jacob loaded up the cargo onto the shuttle. He went up to the docking bay officer's room and got the A-Ok to leave the ship. Jacob hopped into the shuttle and flipped a few switches, and the ship sprang to life. Jake coasted through the loading dock and out into open space, and was amazed at how...beautiful it was.

As Jacob entered Kalithu's atmosphere, a single fighter ship came around behind him. The shuttle's intercom started flashing and Jacob smacked the button to open the com.

"Hirama shuttle B-4, report to 3A docking station, I'll escort you in" said the uniformed pilot.
"Yup, will do sir" said Jake, again smacking the button to the coms, "Do they think I'm an idiot or something? I know how to fly myself in..." he whispered under his breath.

He gently glided towards the docking bay, and once in range he turned off his main thrusters. Now was the time to pop on the bottom engines to maneuver the ship into the relatively small docking platform. After a few seconds of adjusting, Jake took the ship down and flipped a few more switches, killing the engine and opening the back door for the cargo.

He popped out of the ship through a door on the side, and made his way for the back of the ship, ready to deliver whatever cargo he had"

That's all I'll bore you with for now! Tomorrow if I'm bored around midnight I'll post more (That was effectively 2 pages, and even that was condensed, out of probably 30)

So, see you tomorrow hopefully!

Short as fuuuuu-

"Now, little thing right there looks like ancient Hypermothian in origin" Kolt said as Johnathan fingered the tiny coin, "Its worth quite the small fortune I'd imagine"

Johnathan looked up at Kolt and a small smile formed on his face, "Dont give me that bullshit Kolt, you know that I know when you're lying right?"

Kolt tried to keep a straight face, but eventually burst out into laughter, crying out "I'll never be able to keep a straight face looking at you!"

"Maybe one day you can trick me by telling the truth" said Johnathan as he burst into laughter too.

"Maybe John, just maybe!" said Kolt, "But we should pack up before anyone sees"

"You're right" said Johnathan as he moved the body of a middle aged man into a slumped position, "Maybe they'll think he's just passed out"

"Well let's go and hit another one before the sun comes up" said Kolt, as they both made off from the alleyway.

"Vast" Wasteland

Ben woke up to the sound of shouting. "Again?" he thought to himself as he rose up and grabbed his stone sword, which was still unweildy, even for Ben's strong build. He also grabbed a leather chestpiece and strapped it on as quickly as he could.

He exited the barracks building and stepped out onto the hulking, sandy shell of the land turtle they were riding. Ben looked to his left and saw his friend Lucas battling a Vashti with a stone warhammer.

"Hurry up and join the fight! There's enough for both of us!" yelled Lucas as he side-stepped out of the way of a hammer strike that cracked the ground.

Ben sprang to Lucas, and narrowly dodged the swipe of the Vashti's warhammer. While the Vashti was recovering from its misplaced strike, Ben cut into it's torso with his stone sword, killing it outright.

"That's the only good thing about these weapons" Ben said, "They kill easy"

"More coming up on the side!" yelled a crewman from the right side of the land turtle.

Ben and Lucas both raced to the right side, and a few Vashti hopped out of the sand and onto the turtle.

"I got the left two! You get the right two!" yelled Lucas as he pulled out a shortsword made of iron.

"He's pulling out the metal eh?" Ben said as he pulled out his silver shortsword that glistened in the desert sun.

The two Vashti werent very agile, as they both couldnt dodge Ben's blows as he hacked at them.

"Vashti are ugly little creatures" yelled Ben

"Damn right they are! Overgrown lizards if you ask me" said Lucas as he pulled his sword out of the last Vashti's chest.

The conflict was mainly over after they killed those reinforcements, so Ben and Lucas went and talked to the Captain.

"Sir, that was the 3rd one this week, how do they keep finding us?"

"They can smell the metal boys, they're getting desperate now" said Captain Telk.

"So I'm assuming they'll be coming back for a round two?" asked Lucas.

"Most likely son" said the Captain.

"This is almost as hard as we had it in Bishland sir, damn that wizard for teleporting us here" said Ben.

"Damn him? You're the best damn thing we've had going for us in awhile!" said the Captain, "But hurry off and get the normal duties done, we have a very important day tomorrow"

"Would you sooner let someone's life-fire fade out? Or give yours freely?"

Those were the words that Jahil told me before I left for the midland. I didn't take it into consideration as I was a gun-for-hire. I took many lives, many MANY lives in my time around the wastes. But now? I read those words everyday when I wake up. Maybe it was the time that I almost got caught by those Mandeli thugs out by Velmont. Maybe it was when that kid got in my way as I was leaving Halgat and damn near killed him.

I don't know. But maybe you can figure it out. Here is my story.

Decent opening for a short story eh ;D

Your own Obituary

“What the hell?” Jack thought to himself as he read the article.

“Jack Falorn, 22, died last Thursday due to unknown circumstances”

He put down the newspaper, and whipped out his cell phone.

“I’m getting to the bottom of this bullshit” he said as he dialed the newspaper’s number.

After a few rings he was connected with an operator.

"Hello, my name is Thomas, how may I help you?"

“Hey, my name is Jack Falorn, and you put an obituary in your newspaper of my death, but like, I’m not dead, and its my picture and everything in the paper”

There were a few moments of silence, then the operator responded with “Oh my sir, we are very sorry to hear that, that article was meant for next Friday’s paper” and then the line went dead.

Vakarian Backstory

Vakarian rushed to the aid of the queen when he was called upon. Always. But this time something was different. His head felt fuzzy as he ran out to fight the exterminator battlemages, but he continued on. He was a protector drone; the best of the drones in his hive. He may have been about the size of a small child, but he could take hits as if he were made of steel.

The battlemages had started raining fire on the hive, and Vakarian was there to meet them. His tough exterior made the spells splash off of him, and he continued walking towards the mages to attack them with his mandibles. He managed to get 2 wizards before his head felt like it was going to explode from the pain. His queen was telling him to run, that it was over for the hive. The searing pain forced its way into Vakarian's body, and he fled. Now he travels, looking for a new queen to call his own.

That was my DnD backstory for a bug character I made in like 15 minutes. It sucks lol.

Poems bro

The darkness rekindles his curious spirit
Wishfully he takes each stride farther
Into the deep dark that is the night
And in that moment, he is truly home

I watch with unwavering eyes
Fleeting from face to face
I try to make up their story
To say why they are here, now
But in the end, I’m always left thinking
“To others, what’s my story?”

Your eyes begin to sway
Their lids coming down, with no sign of stopping
You black out, but only for a moment
And when you arrive, you can do anything
Everything is so fluid and real
But when you awake, it fades away in an instant

A dying city, with the decaying population
No pride in their work, only working on their pride
None wish to live here, they all want to leave
And I had the good fortune to be born here
But I wouldn’t rather be anywhere else.

Their words, I glare at
Their advances, I repel
Their attempts, I block
You alone, I defend
If I stop, that means I don’t love you.

The memories, they wont fade away that quickly
The good times we had together
But I’m slowly getting better at forgetting all those times
It is finally time to create new ones instead

I look below me, but I see nothing
In the dark abyss, I hear no sound
That is what worries me the most
For when I finally touch what is below me, I will already be doomed

Nobody can see me anymore, but I prefer it this way
To be unseen is a blessing in a blessing
I don’t want their damning eyes on me
But I want to see what happens, behind those closed doors

Each one has a reason for being written, well, more like they are all about something specific. The 1st is about the night, the last is about being invisible. Anyways, sorry for the lack of updates, hope you enjoy these faggy poems I wrote :D

"The Beginning of the Past"

Ralk was eating supper when the mortar hit, causing the wall to his house to crumble down, and sending Ralk flying backwards.

"What sorcery is this!?" he yelled as he leaped up, grabbing his longsword in the process.

He exited his home through the newly-fashioned hole in it and saw the rest of his small town getting hit by shells. As he looked around he saw other homes blown apart, with people getting sent every which way with each blast.

Prognar run up to Ralk and yelled "Quick Ralk! With me! We are formulating a counterattack!"

Ralk ran with Prognar, while saying "What is this madness!?"

Prognar was puzzled himself, and replied "It seems the gods are angry with us!" as he was running.

They came up to the village center where a group of warriors were gathered, restless and eager for their leader to order them to attack. Prognar and Ralk joined the group, and their leader began speaking.

"We must fight, brothers!" he yelled as he thrust his sword into the air, "For Odiiiiiiiiiin!"

At that signal everyone ran toward the woods where the mysterious enemy lied in wait. Mortars were still exploding everywhere, men and beast alike were getting blown away, yet they continued onward. Seven of Eight iron clad warriors stepped out of the forest; silent, still, unmoving. The mortars were still picking off the warriors, with one exploding to Prognar's right, blowing him and Ralk backwards.

Ralk couldnt hear anything as he got up, and was dizzy as well. He stumbled over to Prognar, who was torn in half. He reached down and grabbed Prognar's necklace, snapped it off and holding it in his fist. He looked at one of the iron clad men, raised his sword above his head, and began his charge.

The man raised a weapon and popped off two rounds into Ralk's chest, but that didn't slow his frenzy down at all. With a mighty yell he closed the gap between them and sent his sword down with the most force he could muster. His sword came down, and Ralk felt as the blade cracked with a satisfying chink. Ralk looked in horror as his sword simply bounced off of the man's shoulder, and was punched in the face by the mans right hand, knocking Ralk down.

The iron man walked up to Ralk and said "Resilient little fuckers"

Ralk was fading in and out of consciousnesses at that point, and opened his eyes to see the warriors' weapon aimed at his face. A single shot went off. The war for the past had begun.

"The Escape"

The cars of the Black Serpents were much faster than the beat-up pickup truck that Erik was riding in. Erik tried tying a tourniquet around his arm to help with stopping the blood coming out of his elbow, but the knot was rather lose. Tuel and Ramer both had their guns trained on the Black Serpent's cars that were getting closer by the second. It was going to get messy.

"Erik! We're gonna need your help on this one!" yelled Tuel.

Erik was drowsy from the blood loss, but still managed to talk, and muttered out "I gotcha! I'll do what I can!"

He propped his rifle out of the window, aimed at the waste to his right. Tuel and Ramer both already started firing on the cars, which were covered in sheet metal.

"The cars! How many?" shouted Neva as he was crusing along the road.

"I count 5!" yelled Ramer from the bed of the truck and he was popping off some shots.

Suddenly, as they were firing on the cars, they started firing back. All but one had a man leaning out of the window firing at the truck. Bullets were flying in every direction.

Erik leaned out of his window and fired a few shots backwards, but his left arm gave in and he dropped the rifle.

"Fuck! I dropped my gun!" yelled Erik

Neva reached down and pulled his gun up, handing it to Erik.

"Don't you drop this one Mumbasa" he said.

Erik picked up the gun and set it on the door looking out, waiting for a car to come up on their right. Tuel and Ramer were still in a firefight with the cars behind them.

Tuel managed to pop one of the gunners, only after firing off at least 2 magazines. Ramer was hitting the car closest to them, but his bullets grazed off like nothing. The closest car gunner was firing wildly, and managed to hit Ramer in the right shoulder. Ramer cried out in pain as he dropped his gun. Tuel instantly started firing on that car and killed that gunner too. The Black Serpent fell out of the window, and the car grinded to a halt.

"I think they're done!" yelled Tuel as he looked out and all 5 cars had stopped.

"But now they know where we're going!" cried Ramer as he was still clutching his shoulder.

Neva spoke up, and said "It does not matter! Next time, we shall be ready for them!"

Sorry it takes so long to post these things D: I've just been swamped, and need more creative ideas to put in the story

"Into Ironfield"

The five volunteers were given a beat-up old truck to drive to Ironfield, and Neva was chosen to drive it.

"Oi! This hunk of junk is not worth driving in!" Neva shouted as he stepped in.

"It's the only think we got man!" said Erik as he hopped into the bed of the truck with 2 of the other volunteers.

"What're your names eh?" asked Erik as he sat down.

"I'm Tuel, and this is my brother Ramer, we were picked up outside of Yaltos a month or two ago. The guy in front is Collin, a cousin of ours"

"Well, I'm Erik from Kingcaster, and that fellow driving is Neva, from Norstead"

Neva shouted up from the front seat "Oi Mumbasa! I hear you speak my name! I hope only good things are coming from your mouth!"

Erik yelled up to Neva "You don't gotta say that everytime I say your name Neva! You know I love you man!"

"I know, I know!" wailed Neva in his thick African accent, "I love you too Mumbasa!"

The air was cool and crisp as it was early morning, and they set out towards Ironfield. The road was rocky and rough, but the pickup truck took it nicely. They continued aways down that road until they parked the car and set out on foot.

"Why are we walking?" asked Tuel.

"We dont want to alert anyone that we're here" Erick said, "This MIGHT be Black Serpent territory, but I'd rather not take my chances"

The group went one by one, ducking and diving behind anything that could be used as cover making their way towards Ironfield.

After doing this for quite some time, Ramer asked "What about when we find the supplies? How're we getting it back to the truck?"

Neva spoke up, saying "If we find the supplies and nobody is there, then we'll just back the truck up to the supplies and pick it up!"

Erik was point man, leading the group from piece of cover to piece of cover silently. He stopped behind a stone barricade outside of Ironfield and stopped suddenly.

"Shh" Erik hissed, "Look up there real quick, I see two guys walking around the sign into town"

Tuel and Ramer both looked at each other with shocked faces, and both asked Erik the same thing ; "Are they Black Serpents? or Infected?"

Erik peeped his head over the barricade again, then ducked down quickly.

"Definitely Black Serpents"

Collin's face looked pale, and Neva asked if he was alright, only to get a reply of "I think I'm gonna throw up..."

Collin let out whatever was currently in his stomach out with a loud "Ughhh" following it. The Patrols looked toward the stone barricade, and they sent one of the guards to check it out, with the other covering him from a left position.

"Shit, shit, shit, shit" whispered Erik to himself. He looked back at Tuel, Collins, Ramer, and Neva and said "Alright, when that guy gets here, I want you to take him out Neva, I'll pop out and take out the other guard"

Neva readied his rifle at the top of the barricade, but was loose enough to swivel to either side just incase he decided to come around the barricade. A few moments passed before a curious shrouded figure's head popped over the barricade, only to be promptly shot off. Erik locked onto the other patrol and pulled the trigger a few times. The guard dropped, but not before popping off a few shots of his own, hitting the stone wall next to Erik's face.

"Get up!" shouted Erik, and everyone got up immediatly.

They looked out towards Ironfield, and saw at least 12 figures moving towards them, all armed to the teeth.

"Oh fuck! We're fucked, we're fucked! I'm getting the hell out've here!" shouted Collins as he ran towards the truck. He managed to make it about 25 feet before he got blasted in the back by a sniper rifle.

"Sniper!" yelled Tuel.

"We gotta get back to the truck!" screamed Erik, "You two go! Me and Neva will cover you!"

Tuel and Ramer ran from their cover, and Erik + Neva laid down suppressing fire for them. Both of the brothers managed to make it back to about 75% of the way to the truck.

"We're coming now!" yelled Erik, as him and Neva got up and ran to the brothers.

A few shots sailed by Neva, and Erik ran as fast as he could to the cover where the brothers were. Both of them mantled over the barricade, but Erik was grazed by a stray bullet in his left arm.

"Fuck!" he yelled in pain as he grasped his elbow.

"Fight through the pain Mumbasa!" said Neva encouragingly.

"We have to make it to the truck!" said Ramer.

"One final dash?" asked Tuel.

"One final run!" said Erik as he got up.

All four of them ran to the truck with bullets flying everywhere. Every once in awhile one of the four would turn around and fire blindly, just to distract their enemies. They made it to the car, and Neva started it up relatively easily. Ramer and Tuel hopped into the bed of the truck while Erik went to the passenger's seat. Neva popped it into drive and drove back towards the convoy.

"Are they gone?" yelled Neva to the brothers.

The brothers both looked out towards Ironfield and saw dust coming up from its city limits.

"No..." they said in unison, "They're coming after us!"

"Meeting Adjourned"

CONTINUATION OF "ON THE WAY TO WHITEICON"

As they traveled down the lonesome strip of road going eastward to Whiteicon; the front car radioed to every care to stop. Each car slowly crawled to halt, and everyone got out and went to the front.

"What's everyone doing?" asked Dybala

Erik opened the back hatch so Dybala could get out easier and said "Meeting up front, gotta be quick about it"

Dybala grudgingly climbed out of the truck and made his way to the front with Erik, who stood by Neva and Neil, facing the bad of the front car. A man was standing out on the top of the car and was speaking aloud to the group.

"Everyone! We are running low of supplies! I'm sending out a team to retrieve food from Ironfield! The group is to get in, and get out quickly! The rest of us are to keep moving forward towards Whiteicon! They will catch up, do not worry brothers!" yelled the man, who had a certain charisma to him.

"We need volunteers for the mission! Anyone who is capable can go!" screamed the man on the car.

Erik raised his hand immediatly, and yelled up "I'll go!"

Neva was 2nd, who instantly threw his hand up and said "Wherever Mumbasa go! I go!"

Three other men joined in too, and the man on the car motioned them to come to the front to recieve something. They all went to the car and the man pulled out several magazine's for their weapons, handing them each two.

The man spoke softly to those five only, and said "Ironfield has been rumored to be a Black Serpent's base, be careful, all of you"

After that, the man sent them all back, and yelled "Meeting adjourned! Let's get back on track to Whiteicon!"

Erik walked to Dybala, and Dybala asked him "What did he give you?"
"Just some ammo and advice"
"Well, what kind of advice?"
"Just that Ironfield might be Black Serpent's land"
"Black Serpent?"
"They must've had you very  in Havenvale didnt they?"

Dybala had a quizzical look on his face and said "Yes, but what ARE the Black Serpents?"

Erik looked out north, toward Ironfield, and said "They're a group of raiders. Cannibals actually. Usually you give those guys a wide berth, but we need the food, so we're going in"

"Are you scared?" asked Dybala, wide-eyed at the fact that it sounded like a suicide mission.

"Of course" Erik said as his eyes passed over the metal rich ground north, "Of course..."

"The Letter"

He was already running home when his dad started calling him, he reached into his pocket and pressed the green "send" button.

"Where are you at?" asked his father
"I'm by the park"
"Alright, well I'm waiting on the porch for you"

Truth be told, he wasnt by the park at all, he was all the way down the street. He just left his girlfriend's house and ran home as fast as he could, because he told his dad he left 20 minutes earlier than he really did. He checked his phone really quickly, "Damnit, it's 10:17" he thought to himself as he was still jogging.

He slowed down as he hit the bend towards his house. He didnt want to be exhausted as he approached his house. He walked into the yard and saw his dad sitting on the porch, beer in hand.

"What's up" said the kid
"Nothing much son, how about you have a seat real quick though"

The kid sat down, and his dad asked him a question.

"Son, what do you really think of me?"

The kid started tearing up and said "Dad, I think you're a dick..."

The dad spoke up and said "Well son, thats what I tho-"

"But you're the most respected person in my life", the kid had tears falling down his face "and when you wrote me that letter when I was away, I couldnt even get four lines in without losin' it"

The dad was awestruck. The kid got up and walked inside, rounded the corner to his room, pulled out his notebook with the letter, and carefully removed the letter from its case.

He walked out to his father again and handed him the letter, "This is the most valuable thing in my life" he said.

His father stood up and grabbed the letter, he read the first few lines and looked up at his son.

"I love you son, never forget that"

"I love you too Dad, I love you too"

BITCHES DONT KNOW THIS IS A TRUE STORY, NO FICTION HERE.
